Deprecation overview

As our product and API evolves, we occasionally retire older endpoints and services. We provide advance notice for all deprecations to ensure you have ample time to migrate.

Definitions:

Announcement Date: The date we officially communicated the deprecation.
EOL (Shutdown) Date: The date the service will be taken offline, no longer maintained or/and stop functioning entirely.

Maintenance & updates of `PHP SDK`	Deprecated	June 30th, 2026	Septemper 30th, 2026	We recommend integrating directly via API. You can still use the SDK after the EOL date, and existing integrations using the SDK will continue to be operational. However, after the EOL date Penneo won't perform updates and add new functionality to the SDK.
Maintenance & updates of `.NET SDK`	Deprecated	June 30th, 2026	Septemper 30th, 2026	We recommend integrating directly via API. You can still use the SDK after the EOL date, and existing integrations using the SDK will continue to be operational. However, after the EOL date Penneo won't perform updates and add new functionality to the SDK.

Status definition:

Upcoming: We have decided to deprecate this service and listed it here for visibility, but have not yet formally announced it. The Announcement and EOL dates are not yet confirmed.
Deprecated: We have formally announced the deprecation. The service still functions and receives critical/security fixes only, but will be shut down on the stated EOL date.
Retired: The EOL date has passed and the service is offline. Requests will fail or return errors. Retained here as a historical record.

Progression: Upcoming → Deprecated → Retired.
